Out of the Box Performing Arts is pleased to announce upcoming auditions for their first summer production sponsored by the Broken Arrow Community Theater.
Choose from 2 Dates & 2 Locations 3:30 – 6:30 Saturday, May 22nd at Emmanuel Southern Baptist Church in Coweta. OR Tuesday May 25th at the Southpark Assembly of God Church in Broken Arrow 5850 South Elm Place
Once Upon a Midnight Silly, an original musical written by Byn Always. A silly, twist on your most loved fairy tales with new twists and turns that you never imagined. Join us for musical surprises, giggles and laughter. If you have a funny bone, this is the play for you! This play will fill the audiences with shock and awe, as I guarantee you it will have some cutting edge special effects going on, some rip roaring musical numbers and a plot to have them on the edge of their seats. You don't want to miss this opportunity. So, if you're ready to work your tail off, give it your all, help promote and get this ball rolling... come join us!
Auditions are open to those age 18 and under (for ALL parts behind the scenes and on stage) We are looking for: Actors *for both singing and non singing roles Dancers Musicians Costumers Makeup artists Technical work (lights, projector, special FX, etc) Stage Manager
**Note** Due to limited space, most rehearsals will be held in Coweta on Hwy 51 just south of 121st at the Emmanuel Southern Baptist as well as the Broken Arrow Community Playhouse.
**There will be an activity fee involved in this production for those who are cast. $35.00 per student, non refundable once you've accepted a part. If you have more than one child in your family, there will be a discount for more than one student in the same household.
Opening weekend will be Saturday, July 24th, with shows through Sunday, August 1st. You will have to commit to being at all rehearsals during Tech week (the week before opening night)
